Chega de Liberdade

This mural captures André Ventura, a right-wing politician that is publicly ambiguous about the end of the Portuguese dictatorship that occurred in 1974. Portrayed with a wilting carnation (symbol of the revolution) in his mouth, Kilos criticizes the politician’s disrespect for the freedoms gained during that time. Accompanied by the phrase "Chega de Liberdade" Kilos plays on his party's name (“Chega”), boldly suggesting that he’s advocating "Enough of Freedom".
